I have dropped my car at Southbay BMW last week to fix ticking sound from bearing and service advisor told me there is actually bulletins for this already.

Then why they kept my car for damn 3days doing nothing to it! If there is bulletin for it, then don't they have parts to fix them already? I am afraid that they are not driving my car for joy ride like whatever happened at YouTube while ago with Camaro. I called them 6times to check the status but no return call from anybody.

Where is the trustable dealer that I can go around Torrance or any near area. I am willing to drive a little if I have to.

I will never take my car to this dealer again!
