Launching with 6MT on f10 M5

Hey All of you just seeking some help on launching my manual M5; took a trip to the drag strip and didn't get results as I would have wanted that to say I really haven't practiced much on the launches and haven't found the sweet spot yet. Any advice or tips you guys could give to get best results??

Launching it depends i personally think drag race or launching it you really have to feather it and start flooring it slowly till you get traction.

I would think 1200-1500RPM launch would be a sweet spot on stock tires.
4000 RPM launch on drag Radials.

In the proper hands, a manual would cut killer 60 foot times. DCT is kind of a bummer launching.
