I'd come from Boston so maybe we can find a few fellow BMW/car folks and have a mini meet (or tag on to another scheduled one)

Then I presume you are capable of doing coding? If so, I have a question. What are some of the features that can be turned on without compromising anything?

It would be hard (to almost impossible) to brick your DME/ECU by "just" coding auxiliary features.
However some common sense should be applied (ie if you don't know what the value does you may want to research ) . The F10/F30 coding threads have a lot of info in them and also the spreadsheet for the F10 has a pretty good list of known coding options and the ones which don't work. I have not yet done anything on my F10 (just arrived in Baltmore, waiting for VPC/transit to Boston) but have done the coding on my E90s and the X5 .

Fair enough...I will do some research. We'll keep in touch. Good luck to you, I hope we are getting our cars soon. BTW, I just found out as of November there is a Holiday savings event from BMW and our cars are eligible for $2000.00 off. Salute!

Loan or Finance Credits from BMWFS ranging from $500-$3,500 varies by model.
535/550/M5 are all at $2k. Combinable with owner loyalty, etc.
