Interesting...if you are to take the product name of "Turbotronics TCU (Tuning Control Unit)" at face value.... doesn't that explicitly say that Dinan is using a piggyback unit. That isn't to say that they won't have more control over fueling, boost, timing...etc.

It would seem to be the case but if the numbers are accurate they def have more control look at the peak hp occurring at 7k , not 6k like the other piggybacks. If they have control over timing and fueling I'm happy.

And speed limiter gone or raised I'm happy too haha, but clearly this thing is a B* to hack if thats the best 6 SW engineers can do.

I saw that. Also, if you run the #'s to calculate HP at the peak torque figure of 580 lbs-ft @ 5,750 RPM, it would be making 635hp at that same 5,750 RPM. So I imagine its horsepower curve would be a little flat to gain that final 25hp over the next 1,250 RPM. The peak torque figure seems to be at a pretty high RPM for a twin turbo car. The Dinan E60 Stroker supposedly made its peak torque at 6K RPM..just 250 RPM higher. Unless they cut some of the power at lower RPMs to protect the DCT.
