The stock wheels are forged. The BBS CH-R are pressure cast. I would consider this a downgrade from the OEM wheels.

BBS all the way. They make top line wheels. No sure who makes Hammon

Don't get too caught up on forged or not forged. You can have a cast wheel that's just as strong as a forged wheel, but it'll weigh a little more.
On the other hand, a well made cast wheel could be much better than a poorly designed forged wheel.

Having said that, the CH-R look sexy but they're pretty damn heavy.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

The 19" CH-R weighs one pound less than the stock Style 345, but the 20" CH-R weighs 3.5lbs more than the optional Style 343s. Anyway, they are all heavy compared to BBS' RGRs.

Theres an e46 M3 vert that just showed up in my garage with BBS-CH R wheels and it looks amazing to me. Im actually planning on getting these unless I can find a better mono block concave wheel. I also noticed on this e46 the rear wheel setup is concave and looks great. My vote is BBS.

And do they come in 21 - i only see it listed in 20 at Tire Rack
