BMW Tire & Wheel Protection

I replaced the Pirelli's on my M5 with Sport Cup 2's. In the past, when I ran stock tires and I would get a flat I just brought it to the dealer. The dealer handled all of the claim work and had the tire on hand since it was a stock tire.

For those of you who run non-stock tires and have BMW's tire & wheel protection, where do you go to get them replaced? Seems like going to the dealer would just add more time to the effort since they don't normally stock that tire.

are u thinking bmw will replace a pcup 2? Becuase they most certainly will not.

or am i reading what you need wrong, lol

The BMW wheel and tire protection will replace the tire regardless the brand as long as it's properly rated for the car. For instance, if i recieved a flat on a winter tire, it's covered. Tire models and specs change all the time. You can't expect them to replace your tire with the same brand & model for 5 years.
