Sorry but browsing this forum on a mobile phone doesn't show signatures or location info, etc. I am lowered on H&R springs and running 12mm spacers all around and think the look is perfect. I suspect that I'll need to get rid of the rear spacers if I go with 315 Toyo. Right now I'm having some traction issues on stock pirellis and don't think 305 pzeros will help much. Thanks. |

On the 305s, traction was great but of course after a few k miles it became an issue again as with other tires. R888 are grip monsters. I plan to mount them on my car next week. I'm running 21" Vorsteiners now with PSS and I am lowered. I will mount them on my 343Ms If you're using be mobile app, go to settings and enable the signature view

Thanks. Show signature has always been checked, but I still don't see them when browsing on the phone.
Still deciding on which tire to get and probably will do 5mm spacers regardless. |

R888s will be great for the summer. 305s PZeros are a big improvement over 295s IMO..

Well I went with the 305 99Y Pzeros. Following some of your other posts on the longevity of the R888, I would definitely get caught in the rainy months with the toyos since I drive <5000/year, and probably not as aggressive as your driving. I hope the 305 pirellis make a noticeable difference in traction. Thanks again.

Ive been running 305's Michelin PSS for 6 months and just seen what the extra width did to the tire on the inside (very hard to see unless off the car), im guessing ill need to adjust the camber for the next set.. Anyone else had this of were these just bad tires, they look like whole shoulder of the tire had tons of extra wear

Recently found out the factory set the rear camber at -2 which is too strong for most, so just had mine re-adjutsed to -1 (which is the furthest you can go) and the drive is MUCH better, giving better more even contact to the road, and better handling. Hopeing the tires don't wear so bad now

P Zeros should be banned, these were the worst of any tire we tried, even a budget tire could do better, they wheel spin in 3rd on stock power |

99Y fit perfectly and handled much better than PSS. Traction with 690whp was not an issue. Several guys I knew with same tunes had same opinion.

Has anyone fitted toyo R888R 315/30/20 to an F10 m5 lowered on H&R springs?
I still have the original springs for the rear but would rather not put her back to standard if I don't have to. I only use the car in good dry weather so no worries about the wet. |
