Stock Dyno Today @ Eurocharged Houston

Hey everyone...went to Eurocharged today to get a dyno done on the car prior to installing the MSR later today.

Did 2 runs (one in 5th and 4th). One the first (5th gear) pull the operator said he felt is slipping a bit on the dyno and that run was 507 hp / 478 tq.

Second run they did in 4th gear and it netted 509 & 487.

They said it looked to be getting heat soaked...don't know why they didn't run it out to redline either.

I think I'm pretty pleased by these numbers and can't wait to start modding to see what she will do.

* Only 'mod' is charcoal filter delete.

Temperature in the shop was in the 80's and the humidity had increased a little (80%) from the weekend when we were pretty cool and dry.

Good stock numbers... I am taking mine in tomorrow morning for MSR Intake, Downpipes, and their tune. Hoping to make some good numbers.

Thanks, I was happy being north of 500 on the horsepower. All those guys are great there. They named my car Sexy Frozen Red in the dyno computer. Lol I'm installing my MSR first thing in the morning and will bring back for another dyno in a couple of weeks.

Will probably go with their tune as well.

I am absolutely sure this intake works...and the sound. WOOSH!!! haha!

That could be worked out for sure! Did you get the tune too?

Good for you bud. Id like to hear it as well. When talking to Raumi I actually thought the msr was a diff intake. I had forgot what it looked like. Now that you posted a pic, This one is supp to make some power as well as sound good. If I'm not working on sat which I'm quite sure I will be, I'll be on that run.

Tune, MSR Intake, and Catless Downpipes. I already have the Turner Muffler Delete so I assume it will sound beastly.

Boots this thing definitely runs stronger with this intake. Everything people are saying about it is true. I am usually a skeptic when it come to intake mods but man, the car is quicker...period.

Oh wow...I was happy with just the MSR! You're going to have to relearn how to keep it going in a straight line on WOT take-offs!

I don't think I'll be able to meet up tomorrow as I have other obligations but I can't wait to hear and see it!

Did you get a pre and post dyno?

You should let it adapt of driving hard for a week maybe numbers will creep up. Otherwise how is the tune how do you feel about the rpm,power band etc.

Yes, that's my plan...now that I have a good baseline with the car being stock, I plan to take it back and have them dyno again once the ECU has fully adapted with the MSR installed.
