Dates for BMW Driving and M schools

I received a complimentary 1 day BMW driving school w/ hotel after getting my latest BMW from BMW FS. I understand I can either use this for a 1 day driving school or apply the ~$850 value towards a 1 or 2 day M school. I also believe I can combine this credit with my CCA discount if I choose to upgrade to the M school.

Is there an easier way to find out the dates/availability for each program (at both locations) without calling up and asking someone over the phone one by one for each date?
