Archoil AR6200

Hey guys, just wanted to highlight the benefits of using Archoil AR6200. I'm mainly concerned with the crappy winter gas we are forced to use in the US, but it seems there are other benefits!

The pic below is with Shell 91 oct. This was the first time using the product.

Today I decided to try and find 93 oct gas. It took a while but I found a BP station close by. To my surprise I ended up with this after driving around for a while.

This was with the following driver settings:
Steering: Sport
Dampers: Sport
Throttle: Sport Plus
D1

I really didn't expect to see a difference between 91/93 oct and Archoil AR6200 but I guess there is.

Forgot to add the following. Before using Archoil, the best I got was 16.4 mpg using the same driver settings!

So it seems I have not been presenting my results correctly. I needed to take a snapshot of my average MPG in a steady state.

So in this case I reset the trip computer in 7th gear @ 75mph w/CC.

It would be interesting to see what other M5 owners in the US are getting with the same settings. Thanks.

Wow! Impressive results! So do you add it each time you fuel up?

Yes that's the only part that sucks, but now I never have to worry about the crappy gas we have in the US.

btw.... congrats on changing your ED to the M5.

Looks like I am getting very similar numbers with pump 93.
Very rarely did I go 75 due to traffic. With traffic it was speed up slow down so some 60 and some 80. I will try again and see what happens if I stick at 75 - constant, I should see improved results.

*** disclaimer this does not represent my normal fuel consumption this was a equal comparison.

I usually get 12-15mpg around town, driving hard.

Cool, I guess Archoil AR6200 does not make that much of a difference. Thanks Spinny02.
