Exhauste Meister Installed and sweeeeet
It isn't a lot louder probably 10-15% deeper and louder but mainly it is the sound you like about the stock exhauste that you get to hear sometimes but a lot more of it.
Key points: 1. Valve is open 100% 2. I like the squeaking of valves On/Off as this is how you know it works besides the sound subtle yes subtle difference but on low speed driving like SUBDIVISION driving it is very obvious like 20-30% louder and deeper. 3. More of the deeper growl like it used to be 10% of the time around the up and downshifts while with valves On all the time you here it probably all the time. 4. If you cruise on 2nd gear with RPM at 4k you then open and close with windows down obviously - you will notice the deeper and a little louder and if you are downshifting (DDroning if you will - you get more of that too. 5. Cool 2 remotes which is the coolest feature about such a mod as you feel in control and when off it works as if EM isn't there in the first place. 6. Yes I prefer EM over 5$ wiring it open 100% of the time considering more than 130$ difference Yes ... Control is the coolest feature of EM. 7. Install super easy on their website 20 minutes (I am not handy at all- 8. No need to program 2 HomeLink buttons just the one in the middle (In my case) to switch it ON as car switches it back off to factory 3 seconds after car Engine is off and all you need is to switch it back on and keep remote handy if you wanna play or show it to a friend - I will be more than glad to answer questions - P.S Yes I got it back from Dealership today after the squeaking of the right rear and it seems to have abated but I am certain it will come back - and regarding what they did... They just changed all the pads with a newer version and I have no squeal which I did have some of but remember I had Brake squeal and suspension squeaking on turning left and both are gone now !! Hope it is a lasting solution ... God I missed my lemon - LOL

LOL! Dude you are funny. First you are thinking about Lemoning it, now you love it again. Haha! Also, you mean to say that you love the squealing sound of the exhaust valve opening but not the sound of the brakes squealing? LOL!
Just go drive now.

Soooma just take it easy dude and don't feel you have a defective car! I don't know what would you do if you were in my situation when months ago I had an issue with rear suspension and it ended up to replacing the differential! it didn't change anything in my mind and I consider the car like a brand new. squeaking noise in suspension or brakes or whatever it is means a faulty/defective/damaged part and not defective car as long as can be repaired/replaced with new part! and yes enjoy your beautiful beast

I thought it was a myth but MPG is a lot worse with Exhauste Meister! Probably 2-3 MPG less!! And not because I am.wnjoying it more so I am pushing the right pedal more Nope I am certain the valves have something to do with gas mileage !! I never like in NEVER saw less than 15 mpg regardless if how I drive this car for how long but now I am seeing 12-13 mpg and not using the sportiest settings!! Heck even Sequential Driving or Manual wouldn't be this bad!!
My 2 cents I just wanted to give you heads up Would I still do it had I known? Yes because it is an easy push of a button and you are back to your usual gas mileage - |

The week that I had my back seats folded down my mileage took a huge nosedive. I didn't think I was driving any different, but I was.
