Have them add the clamps back on. Shouldn't take them more than a few minutes to do. This specific clamp requires a tool to clamp it on.

You could go to AutoZone and pick up standard hose clamps. I would just make BMW do it as it shouldn't have been missed.

You will have issues if you do not clamp these down.
