Decided to change the finish of my stock polished 343Ms to anthracite metallic.
I'm happy with the results and thought I'd share in case others are considering.

I would say the feel on bumps is very close to stock through all 3 settings. If anything, they feel a tad stiffer but not at all in a bouncy way. In fact, I would say they feel more progressive if anything. At least that my subjective view- but I've heard the same from others which seems to validate this observation. As a daily driver on Florida roads, I am very happy with the springs. Recommended. Turn in is much quicker and the car is much flatter in turns. Almost feels like it shed weight- not M3/4 snappy-- but much more responsive. But I would credit some if not most of this to the sways. Have them set to least aggressive and thinking of adjusting to next hole. Hope this helps!

Update: just adjusted the front dinan sways to aggressive setting ... Wow. Whole new car. Now it is the way it should have been from factory. Super flat and quicker turn in. Best mod.
