M5 seat options?

Hi,
I was just watching a Carlos Lago M5 review:

if you skip to 2:45, you can see that his headrest doesn't have the folds.

Was that an option? or is this a totally different seat?

There are 2 different seats in media materials:
1) A sports seat. Essentially that is a standard 5 series seat with enhanced bolsters. Similar to how the M6 has standard 640/650 seats with bigger bolsters. This was to save on homologation costs. This is what you see in your video. Not sure where BMW issues these. I know early 2012 Canadian M5s had them but the 2013 models don't.

2) Comfort seats. These are the nicer seats custom made for the M5 only. These are fitted to most M5s. US models have these.
