Charge pipes leaking

Hello guys! Recently I’ve found out that my charge pipes both left and right are covered with something like oil mist. I wonder if it’s normal or I have to do anything with this issue? The car runs pretty good with no lack of boost.

Should this be addressed by simply cleaning and tightening the clamps or should the hoses be replaced?

Same question. I’ve found some old threads on the forum concerning the same thing, but there was an advice just to replace clamps with the new ones. So I’m confused for now what should I do?

I attempted to remove these clamps on my 2013 with 77k and they broke into pieces upon removal. I'd have a new set of boots and clamps ready if you're attempting to remove. I'm installing F90 boots on mine as they seem identical.
