What are the must have options for the GT3? Found a 2015, but it does not have bucket seats, full leather interior, and roll cage. Is this a deal breaker?

it has the 4 ways seats instead of the 18 ways. BUt I guess it makes car lighter.

Nah the power motor is very similiar just with more items in the seat (baloons for inflating)... the only seat I would get outside of the 18 way is the LWB.... thats the true weight loss and personally I dont care. Id rather have the proper feel in the seats as thats the surface one touches the most along with the steering wheel.

Almost all the cars delivered thus far do not have roll cages. I think its ok with or without--- depending on how much tracking one does. The full leather is a nice touch but again not necessary. The GT3 bare balls is a great car; its the engine, chassis, suspension...

Yeah, I really love the 18-way seats. I ended up canceling my 2015 with buckets. They are very cool but my older butt likes the comfort and they do provide plenty of support...and the heated seats have been nice with the cold temps we have been having.

I drove the car about 100 miles the other day in traffic... the 18 way was soooo nice and comfy yet firm for my "non buffet" torso.

I loved them in my TTS as well. Even more in the GT3 with the Alcantara. I have already put 1700 miles on the GT3! I really love driving it daily. I can take it all day in complete comfort. sort of amazing for how raw it is.

I skipped the sharkwerks and did the cargraphic- its a two piece arrangement and seems a little bit louder than the one piece SW item. The pricing was the same as the SW group buy thanks to my local retailer scoring me a deal. Another issue was that the SW's had a 4 week wait.

It looks a little better too since you can see the polished pipes under the rear fascia:

i hear the IPE sounds amazing on this beast too.

It does but its a full fledged kit in the 5k range... this was a simple 45 min plug and play install.

Not sure how it could be louder than the SW since it's essentially just a bypass. The SW is LOUD! Yeah, SW always seems to have a wait...not good for "addicts" like us who might sell the car before the exhaust ever arrives.-LOL!

We got a great deal on the SW as well.

Yeah probably a 6 or 1/2 dozen thing but Ive heard both--- maybe its just my ears and the size of the pipes? I had a group of 12 cars following me to a huge OC meet on Saturday and even the cars out of sight said they could hear my song LOL.

Haha! I did a drive a couple weeks ago with a bunch of guys and all of them were saying the same thing...Crazy how good these cars sound.

If you peruse over at Rennlist (991 GT3 section) you will see quite a few offerings in the LWB's. Over here all you get are blow hards like Coldlist and myself LOL.
