DSS carbon fiber driveshaft

i am in the process of installing the DSS carbon fiber driveshaft and noticed the adaptor (that connects to the transmission side) does not have the circular flange like the oem guibo. basically the three supplied bolts are holding up all the torque from driveshaft. i wanted to see if anyone else encounter an issue or i am just over-analyze this. thank you in advance.
