Dilemma: Keep 2010 C4S or buy new BMW F10 M5

I recently injured my back (herniated disk; unrelated to auto) and am thinking about changing out the Porsche for something that may be a bit more "friendly" to my back. The only car that would interest me is the new M5.

Ive heard that Porsches are notoriously back "unfriendly" due to the ride quality, ride height, and having to squat down low to get in and out, but dont really know how much validity there is to that. So, I guess my questions are:
1. Anyone else experience back pain relief by switching to a BMW? I would regret nothing more than to sell my beloved Porsche and still experience back pain in an M5.
2. Which would you prefer..the C4S or the new M5?

I have not had too much back pain, but logically, the m5 will be much kinder to your back.

They are such different cars, it's hard to compare. 4 doors, 4 seats, rear wheel drive compared to 2 doors, 2 2 seats and 4 wheel drive.

For a family, I have chosen the m5 as it's so much better suited. Tbh even if I had a porker, I would never get any 4wd version!!

Honestly, if you love it that much, keep the Porsche. It's a lot of work, but you might want to try a comprehensive Yoga/Pilates program with a 15 minute stretch routine every day. Worked for me.
