New M5 owner
Hi Guys,
I just bought a completly stock 2013 in Monte Carlo blue. Sorry for the crappy pic! I've wanted one since my early 20s and the time has finally arrived and I pulled the trigger. I've had a 530, 540 and X5 in the past. I'm trying to figure out what to do first, maybe start with something simple like 10 and 15mm spacers? I definitely want to powder coat the rims black and put on some lowering springs. What was the first thing you guys did to yours? |

Congrats on a beautiful car and color. Best mod I feel is the driver mod, M Performance Driving School. Had the absolute time of my life and learned so much in two days. For the beast, suspension and exhaust upgrades are always nice and enjoyable from the get go. Enjoy and be safe!

Can you state the price you paid and mileage? Was recently looking at M5s but found a local M3 lease transfer that I will do for 12-18 months. Still may come back to this next year. I am definitely seeing the price movement on these. Beautiful car!

Hey
NICE CAR! Ive been eyeing the exact same car for many months but couldnt pull the trigger on it. As much as i would like a super saloon 3 or 5 but I want AWD so steering more towards an X. Never know though mind may change when its time to pick up an M. Enjoy |

Haven't had it out yet, still too much snow in Calgary. I will take it out this weekend! From what I've read, as long as you switch to 19" wheels with winter tires it's supposed to be not bad.
