Headlights adjusting all over the place...

Coming from a lot of cars with "adaptive" "dynamic" "active" "cornering" headlings, I have noticed on my M5 that the lights appear or are moving alot more than normal or more than my other cars.

When Im in a turn they tend to dip down and then they seem to go slightly up and down during straights too. There just seems like a lot of excess movement going on: when Im behind a car sometimes the lights are higher up and then they dip.

Is this the norm for our lights.

Garage List
Mine are very uniform and predictable. Maybe a glitch or defective unit in yours.

+1. In fact, mine actually seem to be less "active" that the headlights in my E60 M5.

I agree with you. My E60 lights moved much more when making turns. The E60 "movement" was actually better than the F10. The E60 gave me better lighting going into a turn.
