Question Brake rotor disc question?

Hi guys,

I am replacing myself the new oem brake rotor disc with new oem brake pads, after replacing them, I spinned a bit, the space between the brake pad to the brake disc is different (not even) in the circumference, i uploaded a video here

The old one brake disc has the same spacing when i spin it, i cleaned the hub surface too.

Is this normal? Or just a defective brake disc?

this should be a non issue, part is OEM.

i don't believe the brake pad is making contact towards the very edge of the rotor (where it is uneven)
