Well! Time For Replacement Rear Brake Pads!!

Today I was cleaning up my M5 and happened to notice that the rear brake pad material looked quite low and after further inspection it looks like I have probably have some 3k to 5k miles left before the 'sensor' light comes on. Guess I'll research to see what aftermarket pads are available,...as everyone knows that the OEM pads create dust like the Sinai desert!

Suggestions in advance of my search are quite welcome.

Have a nice M-day!

I can help you sir.

Go to AutoAnything.com and order yourself a nice set of EBC brake pads for the rear rotors. They are cheap, create less dust and offer better performance than OEM.

Godspeed.

What about the front pad?
Should I stay with stock pad or use the EBC yellow? Or any option?

I went with Cool Carbon for the fronts. They're great.

My rear pads are showing 1300 miles ..when is it best to replace them as don't want to scorch rotors/discs currently no light has come up..should I wait for the light?

Are the EBC yellow pads better than OEM for normal road use?

Thanks
