Can someone post pics of CP tail pipes

Just took delivery - the tips seem to have a big gap between them and I can move/pull at the tips off without much difficulty. Is this normal?

Does the tip slide completely on to the exhaust pipe?

They should fit snug against the exhaust pipe. Yes, you should be able to remove but it should be a pain in the ass to do so. There are tabs inside. Remove one, grab some needle-nose pliers and bend the tab for a tighter fit (thats what she said).

Exhaust tip

Weird - my tips come off very easily - a twist and slight pull an they are off. I don't think it's a problem unless someone decides they want to steal them - but definitely a strange design. Also noticed at delivery that there was an "extra" tip in the trunk of the car. I assume something occurred at the VPC.

When I am asking do they slide completely on I'm asking should I be able to see the end of the real exhaust when I look inside the installed tip from the back of the car? The tips really don't seem to be that long and don't protrude from the rear of the car much.
