This is actually brilliant metallic white but very similar to AW.

My all time motive is to break away from the pack, no matter what.

I also am into color with most of what I do so it fits me

Hope you can get a good RV for it sometime in the future.

It sure does work for Miami, most of the in person responses have been really positive when the doors are open. Does make a lot of people ask why such a different red, then it all makes sense, they are concave too. I didnt want to go too low because i like to drive it hard

I plan to change colors frequently, possibly even put two different wheels on each side, different colors. People are going crazy with the colors down here, there are fluorescent yellows, teals, ect..

Actually thats how people dress here too, teal, red, pink, more common than not.

This small pic doesn't give enough for anyone to base a real opinion. It's not something I would do, but I would like to see a few pics of the entire car to make a determination.

Won't work where I live but in Miami anything goes. It will look great in a professional shoot and in print; and as others have stated, as long as you like it who cares what others think.

I would need "Permanent Sun Shades on".

Its a ballsy look thats for sure. You did a good job matching the SO interior.

The orange reflectors got to go.

Makes it look like a clown car to me, but if you like it, that's all that matters.

The powdercoat red is a bit too much. I think it would look much better if you would have done a brushed finish with a transparent red and larger wheels.

Something like this.

that looks great!! i had the opp to do a funky red as such but i was really trying to match the SO leather, which this would not as much. I do see what you are saying, your car looks great

I also wanted to go stock size to keep the same tire size since the car was already lowered with H&R springs to the perfect height. I wanted to not worry about the ride at all, i love the large wheel tucked under the fender look but as we all know thats not practical.

I do like it, it fits around here, I will be playing a lot with colors and wheels as time goes on,

That brushed transparent red looks awesome. Lamborghini Miami just posted an instagram video with a Lamborghini with similar wheels.

Brad maybe you should redo them with a stained finish. I'm sure they can make it slightly orange for the look you want.

I think you did the right move sticking with stock wheel size.

What's this BMW meet I didn't know about?

i will ask but from what i am told you can only heat/bake the wheel one time to powder coat, good thing my good friend is the manufacturer of the wheel line

This was a meet that i found out about when i was mounting the wheels, it was on key biscayne on Saturday at 3pm. It was called the BMW haloween run and it was from 2-3pm right on key biscayne when you pass the toll on the left side and they all did a run to Midtown to eat lunch. Alot of M3's ect, a few M5's but in total about 30+ cars, nice guys.. if you search google its out there but very little info.

My friend who owns Velgen wheels wanted me to go to show them to the people at the meet, feedback was great but i too like the iridescent look of the wheels above.... I wanted some crazy glitter/fleck in mine but was set on a perfect match to the seats..

It looks better than I thought. It's not something I would do, but it's your car and you have to like it. IMHO if you are going to do something drastic to a car that embodies class and performance, you have to continue to do mods to make it look more like a race car. Like the M3 shown, it follows suit. If you're gonna leave it like that, it looks weird...again in my opinion. However the absolute must on there is getting rid of that ugly ass orange reflector that serves absolutely no purpose.

I think the car really has to be aggressive in looks, lowered, mods- to pull off red wheels. Further, I can not see the red on a sedan; its more fitting for a Subi, Evo, or the master of red wheels: GT3RS.

i agree, does fit something that is more track-like, something that is very racy... I like it though and i am known by my peeps for being a little loud with color

Re: reflectors - I actually have 4 sets of painted reflectors of different shades of on my desk here that do not match, i have brilliant metallic white, not AW.... I have tried and the non-matching covers look worse than the orange.
