Buyers beware. Most likely a scammer experienced by myself and DizzyEggie. Don't be tricked by sending this person money. PayPal case opened.
His last correspondence below: Hi Xxxx, PayPal isn't letting me access the money because it came in as an INVOICE. I called all day but they told me the money wouldn't come through until you accept you have received the exhaust. I have now realized that you did not send any money. You only sent a kind of invoice notification. That was not what we discussed or agreed. I need money to make the shipping arrangements at least. Darren |

Both of you are bitter souls.
Structure3230 sent money in a way that I cannot access it until he receives the exhaust. That was not what we agreed. I need money to make shipping arrangements. You can cancel whatever obnoxious arrangement you had with paypal and have your money back from them. DizzyEggie either did not send any money or he sent to a wrong paypal. Nothing came into the paypal i gave him. Not even a notification. Both of you are bitter souls busy castigating an innocent man. Thank God I just sold the exhaust moments ago. |

Since when did PayPal withhold funds until items are received? That's a new one...
Transactions amongst honest people here on the board are rather simple. Seller posts, buyer sends payment, and seller sends tracking info and item to buyer. PayPal doesn't make arrangements as you suggest so take your fraud elsewhere. What goes around comes around. I come here for the community and the shared passion for automobiles. There's absolutely no bitterness in my heart and rather I'm trying to notify others of your SCAM. Here are the emails associated with this scammer: Darren Lewis <darrenlew59@gmail.com> adi-gonzalez97@hotmail.com (paypal addressed used) I can't thank DizzyEggie enough for reaching out to me to try to warn me about this fraud. I could have spent countless hours wasted on this runaround. Last edited by Structure3230; 12-04-2018 at 02:30 AM.. Reason: Qoute didn't come out right from the fraud |

I was also emailing this guy to purchase the exhaust. He accepted my terms way to quickly and kept reminding me where to send the money while I was trying to get pics and figure out logistics. Realized he was prob scamming when his paypal address was different than his email.
his info was the following: email: Darren Lewis <darrenlew59@gmail.com> paypal: eligeil@yahoo.com |
