Found weed
In my loaner car. Not from BMW but my daily is a Nissan rogue. So this morning I dropped my truck off to get the 30000 mile service get in the loaner car drive off. On the way home I start noticing a peculiar smell. Get home search around find a dime size amount of weed stuck in between thr seat. I am not sure what to do. I just called the service manager and told him he was speechless told me he would have someone drive to my house leave another loaner car and take this one bad. I am not sure how I feel about it but. I am not mad just shocked and a little perturbed just because I am in law school and If I got pulled over idk if they would put as a misdemeanor and then I would be kicked out of law school. Now I am not sure if that is a hundred percent accurate but I really don't want to find out lol

Reminds me of my friends story also Nissan related. He bought a used Infiniti G35 from one of those lots that gets there cars from impound auctions. One day it was raining heavily and his friend in the passenger seat noticed that water was actually getting inside the cabin, heavily. He took it to a shop to see what was causing the leak and lo and behold, the techs found a 5 lb brick of weed stuffed inside between the fender and firewall that had caused the sealant to open. I guess whoever the car belonged to before had found a really good hiding place for his merchandise.

If you had gotten pulled over, in a loaner car you just got, and the police found a tiny bit of weed loose in the crack of the seat? Say he decided to charge you. You're in law school, and don't know if it's a misdemeanor? Doesn't your law school have a student run ethics board? Not even mentioning that you'd win the case in court.

I would of just thrown it away and called it a day.
No reason to call and complain unless there is a huge amount sprinkled all over the interior. I rather find a small amount of weed in a rental then having the interior stained with coca cola all over.
