Stupid question

I am testing new tires in the rear along with wheels and I do not have a TPMS. Of course the error came on, but I was wondering if that will cause any other issues, like power reduced or different drivability.

What about race event with those lights on? I am hoping not to get the drivetrain malfunction screen.

I would be very surprised if that gives you any issues.

Not having TPMS sensors in your wheels will show an error on iDrive.

However that is it. TPMS will not cause any other malf's, errors, etc.

If you plan on not having TPMS for long term, and the error is annoying, you can most likely decode TPMS.
