@ sticker, with $109 in Doc Fees, $700 in License Fees, and $795 Acquisition Fees, you are looking at:
$2445.29 due at signing, $1543.65+$92.62 tax = $1636.29 a month.
Well based on the discount you got. With this sticker what should the discount and payment be? I'll try to use that to get the deal.

I'd think if they want to get rid of the car, you should try to get it for 106,000

My thinking on that is at 6% below MSRP, it's 108499. (close enough at 115,425*.94) Then take the $2500 BMW Rebate going on, takes us to 108,499 - 2500 ==$105,999.50.

If I run the selling price at 106,000, you get:
$2154.78 Down
$1269.80 + $76.18 Tax = $1345.78 with Tax, 36 months at 12K a year.

Good Luck!

You should be able to do better than that. I got a 2014 M5 with MSRP of $128,360 for about $80/mo more (same 6% tax rate but 10K miles).

Nice deal, that's only $100 and change more than the new M3/M4 lease.

Was this an ordered car or in stock vehicle?

Exactly @leonardo629. I was looking at ordering an m3, and for the price difference, it was just not worth an M3 right now. It was a stock vehicle. If I got to pick, I would have done SO interior, and I would not have done B&O, and probably would have not done DAP. Even with those options on the car, it was, as you said, around $100 more than an m3.

Awesome deal! Makes me wish I waited 1 more year to get my M5. Did you get insurance on top of that? tire, paint chips, etc? Car looks great!

No, didn't go for wheel and tire or anything else. If I mess them up, i'll fix them. Not worth it to pay upfront for something that may not happen. If it does, it isn't that expensive to fix. Also, I spoke to some local places who said they would insure my tires for $200 until the get to 2/32's, so that is still open to me.

Too bad they don't have anymore M5s left on their lot.

awesome post! I'm in the process of ordering a 2015 M5 from steven's creek. The MSRP I'm working with is at 112k. How were you able to get close to 10K off MSRP? Is there a program for the M5 at that dealership? Thanks a bunch!

I'll probably be getting ready to get out of my M5 in 5 or 6 months as the itch for a p-car hasn't faded any, so hopefully someone here will get it.

Why does M5 look so much like my fully loaded 535i MSPORT with every package out there. Besides the quad exhaust and the side grills. I mean is M5 that beast of a car? I've never driven one but thinking maybe just lease it out for couple of years. I have few months left on my current lease. Thinking m4 or m5. I just want some shiit that turns heads.

Yeah, it's a beast. If you want a larger and powerful beast go with the M5. If you want something lighter and more nimble, the M4 is a good option. Throw a tune on either car and it will get plenty of attention!

You have to experience the M5 once and you've trapped. M4 plays in a minor league, if you don't need four doors your choice must be the M6 the best looking car in the stable.

Not just about looks there sir. Yes to most people the M5 looks like any other 5 series but you really gotta drive one to appreciate it.

Part of the reason I like ///M Cars is their sleeper status.

No it doesn't! From rear, bumpers and exhaust! From side wheels, rotors, Calipers! From front bumpers, grills! M5 has different (wider) fenders! It's easy to distinguish if it's 5 series (even with M-Sport package) or M5

If you just care about "look" and "head turner", you are looking for advice in wrong place! ...Most of the threads in this forum (M5post) are about performance! Buy a basic Porsche Cayman and save lots of money

I guess there is only one way to find out. Might just turn this one in early and go for that. I hope northeast don't catch winter this time around.

Yeah, you need to drive one to understand. Also, I know this is harder to do, but it takes about a month before you truly start to fully appreciate what it can do..The first few weeks, I was a bit scared of the power since it is SO much, but once the fear becomes smaller, and you understand the car's dynamics, it really gets pretty awesome. The amount of power it has on tap at anytime is almost cartoon-like..

I disagree.

The M6 is not the best looking car. M4 is better :P

But of course looks are subjective

I would take a M4 over a M6, but I'll take a M5 over a M3

You may benefit better from a S550. It definitely is more of a head turner (in my opinion at least). Much classier car and MSRP is pretty much the same as the M5 (depending on options)
