Insane Deal on a new M5 I just picked up.

Anyone in the market for a M5 now is the time. I just picked a 110kmsrp monte carlo blue 2500 drive off 2 year 10k miles 969 a month including nj tax.

Kuni BMW in Oregon have 3 on the lot. On a 122k m5 they offered 4k sign off 1106 a month including nj taxes year 10k miles 24 month lease.

How did you get a 70% residual?

BMWFS sets the residuals and to my knowledge they are not negotiable. Well let me rephrase that, you can lower the residual but cannot raise it.

OP has a 24 month lease, so it will be higher than the 67% for a 36/10. A 24/10 lease is 73%, so I don't know why OP is quoting 70%.

That makes sense.

What was the cap cost and money factor on your lease?

Looks like a sweet deal! The residuals are great right now!

How much off MSRP? Money Factor.

In general the state law for taxes on a lease make a huge difference on anyone's payment. My area charges tax on the entire purchase price not usage.

Kuni bmw in oregon has 3 and were willing to match it. so if anyone is looking contact dwayne philips at kuni bmw in oregon.

Unless that car has a 155k MSRP that is a horrible deal based on current residuals.
