A couple of questions for our Canadian members
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com I've got a radar detector (9500ix) mounted high on the windshield and laser detectors/shifters (LIs) mounted in the front grille and rear bumper. Do I dare leave them, or should I remove the radar detector and turn off the laser detector after I cross the border? What's a safe speed on Trans-Canadas thru NB and NS? Can I do 10-15 over the posted (I think) 100 km/h?

Through Ontario take them off and don't go above 140km/hr on the freeways and you will be fine - I know at one point they were scanning for them. There is something here called a racing law (above 50km/h+) where they can impound your car on the spot!
Safe travels.. I am on the way to Ottawa tomorrow, autocruise
