Feedback on m5 deal

Just worked out a deal for a 2016 m5 with a msrp of $103695.

Lease payment $928 including ca tax.
Msd $6400
Down including first month and tax title etc $2888
Miles 10k

What do you guys think? Please let me know if its good

i'm by far not a lease expert, but that's alot of money via MSD for that payment to still be 928.

msrp is 103695, what did you negotiate down to?

Negotiated price 92375. Base payment is 863.

64% (residual) of 103,695 = 66,364?
92,375 - 66,364 = 26,011?
26,011 \ 36 = 722?
Base should be 722, is that how this works? Then add finance charges and calculate tax off of that?

Seems high given you put MSD's down. Please check the M5 leasing calculator I posted on the forums if you want to see where you should have ended up. You may have to tweak it by adjusting base prices given it was done for MY2015.

M5 Deal suggestions

Hey guys I have the option of taking over a lease on a 2016 M5 with Dinan stage 1 kit (installed by Dinan) I will have 12k miles a year for 26 months. 0$ down and payment is $1,096 a month before taxes.

Thoughts? suggestions?
