Turbo Coolant Pump Replacement

I recently got the error code "20A610: Turbocharger coolant pump: blocked" and am ordering Auxiliary Water Pump part number 11515A36581 with the intent of replacing this myself.

I've been hunting around online and haven't seen any DIY instructions on this specific to the f10. Has anyone swapped one of these out before and have some guidance on the process?

edit: I originally referenced instructions for what appears to be the aux water pumps for the DMEs. fixed.

At a high level it's:


1. remove the right intercooler (and all that's involved there)
2. under this there's a bracket with a coolant hose attached. detach the hose and unscrew the bracket
3. detach the two coolant hoses from the pump. The clamp on the larger hose is single use and will have to be replaced
4. disconnect the electrical plug
5. remove and replace pump.
6. redo/reconnect everything
7. vent/top-up coolant

Mine has acquired a recent notable hum. I have a feeling I will be changing mine soon as well. I picked up a vacuum filler. It will be my excuse to change out all the coolant.
