suspension drop on springs

SO I know this is more complicated than your average car especially on the rear but does anyone have any idea how much I should be looking to pay in labour for dropping the ride height if I provided the springs...

Even better, if anyone from the UK can recommend someone that can do the work in the South East , close to London that would be much appreciate as Im struggling to identify anyone that will do the work

Cheers
