Rough Idle

Can anyone replicate this?

When you turn the steering wheel all the way to your left or right while in P. Do your RPMs bounce some?

Dealer said its normal. I'm not buying that

Good to know. Thanks bro

When idle without wheels turned I don't see it as much. Sometimes feel the car vibrate and see the rpm move but nothing crazy.

it only does it when you fully engage the turn on park, try going all the way till you can't turn no more you'll see and hear it...

Most cars will do this if you turn to full lock it builds pressure in the power steering pump which in turn increases resistance on pulley which is driven by the engine, which in turn will make idle fluctuate. It is actually not good for the pump to hold at full lock for any extended time.

Agreed, I just didn't think it would bounce as bad as it does. I do not lock the steering wheel. Did it on accident one day and saw the RPM bounce.
