I paid 59k for the same car with same specs except CP in January. It is a CPO though. You should be paying somewhere $53k for this.

Market is pretty soft. I'd say 50-53k. A bit more if CPO.
Pricing is determined by your regional market. Pricing isn't necessarily the same across the US.
My above estimate would be based upon the market in California.

I'd say $59k is pretty fair. Guys fully loaded with B&O and 30k miles are asking low $60s, so that's right on par. With CPO, more like $65k. Add CCB and you're at high $60s.

I just picked up one in ATL last week, 27k miles, 2014, with the everything but the driver assistance package and it was 57g no CPO also.
