Looks like a nice F10...37k may be a little low but worth the try, it does have 65k miles and 4 owners

Wow, that literally has every option except CCB (I don't know if they were even offered in 2013).
As long as the title is clear, I don't think you'll be able to get that for $37k unless you're trading in. I'd be surprised if you can get it out the door for a penny under $40,000. If so, well done, sir.

Back in January some dealer in Tennessee or Alabama ford dealer had this car listed for $38k. I had considered it but decided to pass due to the color combo being a little the same as my old one.
The car at the ford dealer looked the same as it does now I doubt the dealer did any serious reconditioning. I've seen several M5 at lake Norman imports they get all from auction and list their M5s after anywhere from $4k-$10k marked up. They have a 14 with every option minus rear entertainment for $47k that they got for $38k at the auction from bmw. I would offer them $37k. They had a blue on silver stone with 72k miles back in February for $39k I offered $36k they wanted to negotiate but it wasn't worth it for me. |

The 14 is no longer on their site. I was hoping to buy the 14 when bmw had it but something is up with that car imo.
I think you can get this car for 38-39 which is a good deal. The car looks to be good and is maxed out option wise for a 13. |

Thanks for the input. Debating whether or not to wait (its hard to do).. and let 2014's come down, or go ahead and pursue this one.. Would rather buy from a one or two owner private seller, and if its true that 2014's are more preferable than 2013's (in some key areas), then maybe that is the route to go if I am waiting for a private seller and depreciation could pick up. But if prices are 'largely' steady for the next 6 months on the 13's and 14's, then I guess its better to go for the best car that comes up anytime, which could be this one. Hard decisions.

This is an interesting price... well below market and with B&O, etc.. miles are not that high (54K).. So much variation in these models on the used market, that is makes it hard to tell if the cars are in good shape internally. |

I’ll agree with irish, 35.900 is a starting point. Mostly likely you will split the difference with that dealer which should come out to just under 38k. You need to figure out how long they had this car on a lot. The longer... the better for you. You also need to visit BMW dealership for records. It will tell you what was done to that car. You can find what services are required for m5 by downloading manual online. Take it to your indy shop for a quick inspection of undercarriage. Pay attention to diff mount, rear axles and driveshaft.

I went to purchase a low option 2013 in Georgia back in 2016-2017. Car sat on the lot for well over a year and I wouldnt be surprised if it isnt there still now. I made a solid offer based upon condition and the cars actual worth... dealership balked at my offer and tried to ask more... lol! I walked away as I was prepared to do and purchased an LCI ZCP with B&O etc. for less money in Georgia.
Last I looked, they were trying to move it for thousands less than I offered.... bwahaha! |

A local dealer by me recently posted this one. Great price, and from a BMW dealer.
