21s Wheel and Tires sizes

If anyone could point me in the right direction for sizing... I am looking to do a 21 inch wheels as far as widths im not sure I want it flush with the body without rubbing. As far as tires I dont want to have a thin tire that will make me worry about the rims constantly. I would love to hear some of everyones set ups that are running 21s. Just looking for the optimal set up!

If you're worried about the 21 inch wheels then I would stick with 20s, unless you live where there are no pot holes!

Im not worried about it just want to make sure I get the right size tire and rim combo.

Fronts should be 9.5-10 and rears 10.5-11.

If you consult with a shop like Wheels Boutique or the like they know what "works."
