hi guys,
new here. studied all m-threads - respect to all of u! good points, necessary help and finally:
this forum helped me to figure out MY FAVORITE COLOUR.
so now i ve ordered my m5 in saphir black (instead of SG...).

now - waiting for my beast is really killing me.
any advice for me?

and one question: my dealer told me, there would be a surprise when the car is here, like a little gift, especially for m-customers...
did any of u owners get something? what was it?

Nope, no surprises from my dealer and my car is to be delivered in a few days. Since dealers are a privately owned company it's most likely their own gift, not BMW's

When will your car be delivered? Post pictures and videos once it does

i thouhgt there will be something like a m-keyring or similar.

dealer told me, my m5 will arrive round first week of april, such a long time.
i ordered it in totally black.
black outside, full leather in black inside and also piano-black trim.
does any of u got also a pure black m5 and can post some pics? i was not able to find pics in all black.

the best looking m5 i saw till now is in citrine black with champagne interior

not a big fan of dark colours they make cars look smaller

It usually depends on your dealer

When I bought my E90 325i I got the following

1) //M Keyring
2) //M Baseball cap
3) //M 8GB USB stick
4) BMW Car care kit
5) BMW backpack

So would hope the M5 gets more special M gifts

Black is a very nice color and it is very classic, im sure you would like it. Since i got a black 750i before, im going to try Blue this time

You should feel lucky to get your car on the first week of april, man i ordered my car 2 weeks ago in canada and i have to wait until the end of april

BUT: dealers are able to mark your order with an "urgent"-sign. so if you are lucky you will get a faster quote....
check it out.

oh really? i will ask my dealer, i am going to put him in a ham slicer if he denied my request
Btw, i think the bmw watch is not a bad gift, it looks nice and its a nice gift for kids

BMW should send out a signed m5 design sketch like the 1m owners got. Would look great framed.
