I knew I could get probably 50$ less per month but definitely not 100$ less or 1104$ he would have thought I was kidding or something!! And he almost swore that his dealership was just happy to move another expensive BMW rather than really make money in it!!

There were a couple other deals that felt better than mine
But every car has different circumstances like fkr instance mine was delivered for free to my door! Driven privately 300 miles to my house driveway - and no a penny extra for this!!

Sure.
MSRP on my 2014 was $109,425, Sales Price was $96,270 not including $1000loyalty, which I used towards the drive off. So total Savings off MSRP not including the BMW CCA Rebate is $14,155. It was an amazing deal!! Now I am submitting my BMW CCA rebate for an additional $1000!

I did a 36 Mo 15000 Mile Lease.
Drive off was $3008.00, After the 1000 Loyalty, it dropped to $2,008.00
Payment is $1,168 Plus tax
Amazing Deal !!

Good job
Enjoy
Do you think It was possible for me to get such a deal from a local dealership?
Depot mine was 300 miles away but still local -
Just wondering
Hahaha
Your line of work must have to do with you getting that deal -

Update:

Sorry guys I was busy the last day or two.

I typo'd. I got $920 for the payment. Not $820.

But ended up with $870, Oregon so no taxes on payment. MSRP of 103k.

Instead of talking about it, here's the info on it in a screen cap.

Nice spreadsheet.

Just one question -- you took the reduced MF/interest rate for all the MSDs (a 1.84% interest = a MF of .00077), but you dont list that cash out of hand anywhere. Shouldnt that be included in the calculations?

Nice Spreadsheet from the Web !! Still BS IMHO

OP originally said 17K off, now down to 15K off. MSRP would be $103825 not $103000 even.

At 15K off would be $938 per Month. Could be real. I doubt it. Lets see him post the dealer spreadsheet with the VIN !

Doesn't seem to match what you posted a couple weeks ago about the deal you scored . . .

Also seems odd that this is the spreadsheet the dealer (which one?) used. Doesn't look anything like what my dealer used, which was linked directly to BMWFS.

Think I'm not alone on this thread in maintaining some healthy skepticism of this deal.

With Holiday Credit of $1500 and Loyalty of $1000
Deal at invoice would be $10,530 off msrp or $93,295

Even if dealer knocked a few thousand more off, which some are doing this month to get their numbers up, he would be at $13,530 Off MSRP.

Probably why OP Vanished from this post.
This is spot on and the discount I received.
I pay $1530 a month for a 10k/36mo, which is already a ridiculous deal. $1500 out of pocket + first month's payment, etc.
MSRP was $104k.

I'm a little confused on how you got to these numbers without anything OOP.
I didn't read the entire post bc I called BS.

If he's doing 8 MSDs (which he is to get that low of a Money Factor), its $7200 out of pocket -- yes, its refundable, but its also what gets the payment so low.

Using my calc with 88k negotiated price/ 103K MSRP, MF of 0.00076 (after the 8 MSDs), I get a payment of 890.14 and a total due at signing of $8165.14

88k with all fees included (no MACO/acquisition/title fees?) and no taxes is pretty damn good - like better than ED good, like are you sure its a MY14 good, like who is that dealer so I can buy my next car from him good. 14.5% off with no fees on a stateside sale is quite amazing -- you are like 7.5% below invoice.

In any case, I look forward to pics of the car after you buy it... I don't think you will find a better deal out there for a MY 14.
