Is this a good deal?

My friend has a 2014 M5 with the Executive Package, Driver Assistance Package, Lighting Package, 20" 343M wheels, and smartphone integration with about 30k miles. I want to offer him 60k for the car.

As I understand it, the warranty does not transfer. What are my options?

Thanks.

Warranty should transfer. Maintenance you may want to check on but it should follow the car. If he's your friend, probably better to work out a good deal with him.

Original new car warranty does transfer. it goes where the car goes. CPO warranty can also get transferred with a fee. The previous owner has to initiate the CPO warranty transfer to take place.

As for price, its in line with average. you can prolly get it for less if he is a close friend.
