My trans had mechanical damage causing the issue so needed a new trans and a bunch of debug (which took a while). All good now.

Ran the new Spec-X clutches today at the Shift-S3ctor event and they worked flawlessly run after run.

Hit a best trap of 172mph and that was good enough to win 1st place in the BMW/AMG category.

For perspective a 2015 Aventador with a tune/exhaust ran 155mph.

Will compile videos etc. in a bit.

Video - only one really came out good. Something went wrong with the rest due to m GoPro. I am not the best movie producer. This is vs. a CTS-V...

Nice video of a vette that trapped the same (170'ish). Gives a perspective of what it feels like.

Traction was actually horrible - I used MT'S and my 0-60 was in the 4's. On a prepped track this same combo has yielded a 2.5s 0-60...

Had to feather through 3rd and then it was WOT.

My best 60-130 is 5.6s

Been driving the car around for a few days (including shift-s3ctor). Shifts are buttery smooth and all appears well. Clutch grabs well even at 1000ft-lb torque and is very docile for daily driving in auto-mode.

Great job by SSP and TrinityAutosport!

Excellent news and great job by all.

How does spec x compare between OEM and the other clutch you ran?

Glad to hear you are running again and it is working well. I was hoping SSP would have shown start to finish on this.

They said they were going document the whole build but all I saw was the disassembly.

I swapped another DCT with the Spec-X clutch kit to be up and running again so debug work on the original one is still going on.

Everything will be posted, takes time to do a good job.
