CCB To steel brakes

Just wondering if anyone has decided to switch from CCB to the regular steel brakes after experiencing chipping, cracking, etc.

I am looking to see what was required to do the retrofit. Did you only change the rotors or the caliper too?

Also if it's just worth getting an aftermarket solution, and how much that cost them.

I know this is common amongst the Porsche owners. Anyone here do it, or hear of it?

It's a lot of work, of course rotors and yes calipers (technically I believe the rear calipers are the same just different colors) and the fronts have different backing plates around the front rotors. Then the booster is actually different as well, but some keep the CCB one and do fine. Don't forget the rear carriers for the calipers and I would imagine you'd reuse the parking brake components off your CCB.
