From what I read, MS comes with longer bolts and spacer are hubcentric along with the lip on which the wheel sits just like it would on factory hub.

My questions is for guys running 12/12 is anyone doing this on CP model? Just wondering if there is any rubbing issues.. I come from running cars with excessive rubbing so minor rubbing for me will go almost unnoticeable, however i'm just wondering so I know what to expect.. oem suspension as i've seen on all previous bmw's sags quite a bit when the car squats under load..\\

Thank you all!

I've been running motorsporthardware's 12mm front and rear spacers with extended stud conversion and it's flush

I have ACS springs (20mm drop) and 12mm spacers all round (MS) no rubbing, no issues, CP is only 10mm drop so you're not going to have issues on that set up.

BTW you could easily run 15mm front/rear with no problems.
