Agressive Throttle Input in Sport Plus / Sport Mode

I drive my car in efficient mode most the time but has anyone noticed in Sport Plus and Sport mode that on/off throttle at cruising speeds, the throttle input can be quite aggressive to the rear end?

The tech at the dealership says its normal on all M6's and I believe it as well. However, im wondering if theres anyone out there who has had it bad enuff to replace the diff carrier or axle bushings and if it was any better afterwards?
I feel like fishtailing sometimes when I full throttle, it used to be on my e46 m3 and I replaced the control arm bushings and it went away, I told this about M5 to dealer on last visit and they said everything normal but I still think some kinda bushings maybe going bad

I had an E46 m3, the side sway you speak of is very different. Your M6 fishes out because your rear toe is most likely off..esp if you curbed ur wheels ever. Even a laser alignmnet might not get it perfect.. I hand align my cars and mine tracks perfectly straight..
