Identified the fuel leak

Hi. My indie managed to identify the fuel leak. The fuel rail is leaking. Any idea why could this happen? And how to avoid this from happening again.?

My guess is that the injectors were changed at some point and the fuel rail wasn’t properly secured to the cylinder head with the factory hardware. This could cause vibrations that may have damage the rail. That’s pretty sketchy with 3000 psi of fuel leaking in your engine compartment. Glad it was found before it was too late.🔥🔥🔥👨*🚒

The injectors were changed around 1100 kms back. So could be
