Hi Cole:
Nice seeing you on La Brea today with your new M5. Go to Dung Trin. He is the best service advisor at BMW. Best, Gene. AKA "Greer" on M5Post.com |

+1, They put 96 miles on my 1200 miles service and when i called the Service GM and asked to pull the cameras on who did it, he said their DVR System crash, yeah right i call BS on it. I even told the guy that i took an iPhone pic before i handed my keys to the Valet, and i snapped the 2nd pic when i picked it up. He was unsure of what to say. I think he did it himself. Run from that place, it is close to my job, but i will never go there again.
