M-Driver Package Question

Hi Everyone,
I have opted the M-Driver package sales assistant as well as sales assistant are in able to answer how is the limiter taken off. I mean that apparently it's on a CD. Sometimes is being sent with the car and other times it's given to the owner after the completion of the M-Driver school. Dose anyone know how it really is ?
Thanks in advance

For a Factory New Order, it's automatically done at the 2,000km Post Run-In Service. The details of what are needed will be in a package sent to the owner and dealership prior to or upon delivery.
