Thank you for the feedback. Were you able to tighten all 3 bolts and nuts given the limited clearance underneath?

Yeah... You tighten each one just a few turns at a time and then rotate the tip and tighten the next one. Do this until you can turn the tip any more. Then go back and tighten down the lock nut on two of the bolts, then go back to the last one and tighten it down. It should be logical once you get started.
