Did you already do this deal? Hopefully not, there are great deals on 2014 models and really good rates on 2015.

Deals on 2014's are harder to find than has been posted on this thread.

Most likely better off going for a 2015. Actually, the 2016's will be out in a couple of months already.

I have had my 2014 for almost a year. Only 2 years left on the lease now. Already contemplating the next car/suv. It's a sickness, I know.

Mikeriley and I maybe have gotten the last of the amazing 14' deals. The last few remaining 14's don't seem to be flexible with price.

Are they no longer supporting 2014 M5 leases? Or has the residual gotten worse.....it was 60%.

No more support. Effective residual now is like 40. Those greedy dealers now will only lose more money.

Serves these bastards right.

As a dealer of any commodity, you cannot expect consumers to pay the same price or more for aging stock.

Very simple sales and economics principles.

Anyone else get great deals on the 2014 M5? Given lease support is off now, what do you think would be a good starting point for price negotiation?

Not worth it. Do not bother. Do u think bc lease support is gone the dealers are willing to negotiate? No way. If they were not willing to go down 20 k then to make a deal happen they would have to go down 40k now for finance to make sense.

Thanks Mike for the reply. That makes sense. You wonder what these dealers are thinking, when they probably knew the lease support was coming off in March.
I guess I should wait to see deals on the 2015.
With residuals at 64% anything in the vicinity of 15% off MSRP will make it quite attractive. And there is a better inventory to work off as well.
Did you guys get between 20K and 25K off on your 2014s?

I received 23% off MSRP for 2014. You will probably have to wait a year and wait for that to happen for 2015 models. However, find a dealer doing $1000-1500 over ED invoice and with current residual it makes an attractive lease.

Good point ...
A 120K (MSRP) M5 with selling price of ~106K (1000-1500 over ED), 36 months lease, 10k miles per year, 64% residual and 0.00129MF will end up to monthly payment of ~1100

Hi. I agree. They were greedy, stupid, or too scare to ask the right ppl to get the deal done. I actually got 27500 off! I just love the CP AND CCB. Makes a huge difference. I don't even mind missing out on full leather. Although the only real let down is BandO. Nowhere as good as in Audi. Looks great but only min to not better than HK.

Useful piece of information on the B & O, which I think you were quite positive on your early impressions (from your first post). As someone who has had both CP & non-CP M5s do you think this should be a deal breaker? I am in Northern CA and we have horrendous roads (it is a travesty to even call these as roads, they are just marginally better than dirt tracks!) and I worry about ending up with an unbearable ride. I had run-flats on my E60 550 and could not wait to get them swapped out.

I was looking for a non-CP M5, though your (and Mr_M5Guy's) great deals on ones with CP is making me reconsider what I should be looking for.

i prefer performance. i am one of the few that would prefer CP over full leather. The CP just makes the car feel much more planted and connected. Give me CP and Exec package and i am a happy camper.
