"Emma" in shop again, mystery problems

Unfortunately my F10 M5 (Emma) is sick again, this time a mystery illness.
Here's the problem: Wake up in the morning, get in the car and Battery discharge noted although battery is completely charged, also, car locks malfunctioning, and an inability to recognize the key. That's the biggest problem and the one my dealer is focusing on. Problem 2 is a high pitched irritating sound initially when braking, now randomly when not.
All input from this wise and greatly knowledgeable board would be appreciated. Bobby
